(More customer reviews)I purchased this dash kit for my 2006 Subaru Legacy 2.5i SE. I specifically wanted the SE because it had manual radio controls and would allow me to install the headunit of my choice. I paired it with the Eclipse CD4000 that I already had. The overall fit and finish, while good is not as good as the stock headunit. Additionally, there is a cutout on the stock headunit on the right side that allows for the use of the PanaVise InDash mount. The Scosche dash kit does not have this cutout and at first I thought I would not be able to use my InDash mount which was a deal breaker for me. However, after some careful consideration I took out my files and filed away on the dash kit to make the same exact cutout. It was not perfect and I needed to also file a bit on the trim piece along the right side, but the end result looks quite good.
I highly recommend also the PanaVise InDash kit. I have my iPod touch mounted right next to my headunit. I have my TomTom mounted above in the stock cubby so the cubby included in this dash kit is great (as long as you use a single DIN headunit) and my iPhone is mounted on the leftmost vent. I have everything I need in clear sight and easy to reach without blocking any field of vision while driving.
